Janice Becerra is the Regional Manager for the Panama office, which opened February 2008. Becerra formerly worked in the legal department of COPA Airlines and as a paralegal for the European Commission as part of the project "Support to the Modernization of the Penitentiary System." She holds a postgraduate diploma in arbitration and conciliation from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua, a degree in rights and political science from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua and a bachelor in commerce from the Instituto Cultural Bilingüe.
