Janice Becerra is the Regional Manager for the Panama office, which opened February 2008. Her legal practice with PICA Corporation has had special emphasis on Corporate Law and Intellectual Property. Janice formerly worked as a Legal Assistant in Rosas & Rosas. She also worked for the legal department of COPA Airlines and as a paralegal for the European Commission as part of the project "Support to the Modernization of the Penitentiary System".

Janice holds a postgraduate diploma in Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation from the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua. She completed her degree in Law and Political Science at Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua, with a comprehensive final examination of Commercial and Maritime Law. Janice holds a bachelor degree in commerce from the Instituto Cultural Bilingüe and is a licensed Certified Real Estate Broker. She is also an active member of the Panamanian Bar Association and the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI). She is completely fluent in both Spanish and English.
