Rich is a Loss Prevention Professional with over twenty two years experience in all aspects of retail loss prevention, security, and investigations. Before joining PICA in 2004 he spent the last seventeen years in leadership positions with Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, and most recently Limited Brands, which includes Victoria’s Secret.

Rich is an expert in all aspects of loss prevention including employee training, audit compliance, physical security, supply chain integrity, and internal and external theft and fraud investigations. He has developed many successful LP programs for the companies he has worked for to increase profit through loss reduction.

Rich is a native of South Florida with experience working throughout the United States. He is certified by the Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation in using the SCAN method and has multiple certifications from Wicklander and Zulawski in interview and interrogation techniques. Rich also has extensive training and knowledge in brand protection.
