Kris is one of the founders and principals of Investigative Consultants in California. Kris is a world-renowned expert in the area of intellectual property enforcement and frequently conducts global investigations of IP issues with a nexus to California. Kris has been featured in many national and international media in relation to his work in IP and is an active member and Chairman of the Investigative Committee for the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition.

Kris is also proficient in all manner of insurance and commercial investigations, to include various types of claim fraud, due diligence, unfair competition and undercover operations. Kris also maintains excellent relations and contacts with the various local, state and federal authorities operating in California and is a respected colleague, collaborator and expert witness throughout the criminal justice community.
