Rocio Cvar has been a Program Director with PICA Corporation since May 2005. Rocio has over 4 years experience working in intellectual property investigations for various major international companies, where she managed and coordinated investigations for Latin America. Rocio also has an additional 4 years as a linguistic specialist. She managed interpreters and translators as well as provided specialized monitoring translation and interpreting services for various U.S. government agencies. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, she also provide interpreting services for Spanish speaking delegates for the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies. Rocio holds diplomas in language from San Simon University and Centro Boliviano Americano as well as a diploma in private investigation from Forensic Science Associates.
