Lindsey DeBord
Senior Director Research and Development

Lindsey DeBord joined PICA in July 2008 as our Senior Director of Research and Development. Prior to her introduction to PICA, Lindsey held a variety of positions as an Army Civilian with the United States Department of Defense. With six years in the research and investigative field, Lindsey has developed substantive analytical skills, advanced interviewing techniques, and an expert understanding of the Internet and other open source research methodologies.

Lindsey graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Following graduation, and through her position with the Department of Defense, Lindsey was involved in managing large investigative projects and programs involving government and commercial entities.

Lindsey's primary responsibility with PICA will involve conducting high-level due diligence to identify marketing and strategic alliance opportunities. She will be based in Charlotte where she will leverage her contacts and capabilities to effectively represent the PICA product.
