Chief Financial Officer and Counsel
Daniel deLellis is CFO and Counsel of PICA Corp and is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial and legal activity of the company's global business units. He joined PICA in 2006 after 15 years experience in both the private practice of law and the financial management of several manufacturing operations
Prior to working for PICA Daniel worked for the Diamond Group, a multi-million dollar strategic investment organization dedicated to the acquisition and consolidation of manufacturing companies throughout the United States. He served as Controller and was instrumental in the mergers and acquisitions of mid-size companies into the larger corporate unit as well as the lead manager in the sale of the various business units through outside brokers. During the consolidation time period, Daniel worked closely with, and later as an employee for, large international manufacturing companies like Thomas and Betts and Leggett & Platt to fully integrate the purchased business units into the larger international structure. He has extensive experience in leveraged corporate purchases as well as internal cash flow maximization programs, lean manufacturing concepts, and due diligence audits.
Upon graduation from law school, he was engaged in the private practice of law for 5 years servicing the needs of many southeastern Massachusetts business clients as well as an estate and tax practice. He also served as an intern in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office-Corruption Division in 1990.
A graduate of Providence College with honors in 1988, he acquired his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA in 1991. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Court Bar.
