Geraldine joined PICA's office in Panama in 2009 and specializes in corporate and banking law. She attended law school at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología and furthered her education in international commerce at the Universidad Latina de Panamá.

Prior to joining PICA, Geraldine worked for Guevara, Calvo & Associates as a paralegal. Subsequently she worked with the legal department of Grupo Melo, a commercial and food group in Latin America. During her time at Grupo Melo, she focused on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, taxes, trusts and estates, franchising, and manufacturing and distribution agreements.

She also worked for Panama Luxury Realty as a marketing manager and legal advisor. Geraldine assisted in negotiating commercial leases and advised directors, managers and partners. Additionally, she drafted construction and real estate purchase contracts, and insurance and financial documents.
