Franklin joined PICA in 2004 as Regional Program Manager for one of our anti-counterfeit programs in Latin America. He manages operations in six countries in the region, from our office in Miami.

Franklin was born in Panama, and his background includes Information Systems, Marketing, Logistics and Project Management. He has managed marketing for global technology brands, and has ample experience in the Logistics area, working as a Asst. Customs Broker in Miami, FL and later on managing a freight forwarder in Miami, FL. He graduated in 1995 from Santa Maria la Antigua Catholic University in Panama with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems and in 1998 from Florida International University with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Marketing concentration. In 2005 Franklin obtained an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Florida International University, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Franklin is also a certified interpreter public (English/Spanish) and fluent in Portuguese.
