Leonardo Hernandez is Chief Security Officer.  Leo is responsible for administration and operations for the Latin American Region. He has over thirty-five years experience before joining PICA Corporation as Special Operations Director and is an expert in international investigations.  He established a solid background in insurance investigations, working for Continental National American Group Insurance Co. from 1968 – 1975.  He then went on to become a special agent for the CIA from 1975 – 1979, where he developed skills in national security investigations and anti-terror operations.  He continued in law enforcement as a supervisory special agent for the DEA from 1979 – 2000, lead international task forces and directed operational planning.  Hernandez added to his credentials by developing major piracy investigations for DIRECTV Latin America, where he worked as a regional manager from 2001 – 2004.  Hernandez holds a B.A. in Political Science and M.A.E. Degree in Administration & Supervision from the Inter American University, Puerto Rico.
