Heather Honey joined PICA in October of 2001 as our Director of Retail LP Programs. Prior to joining PICA, Heather held various management positions in large retail chains including The Sports Authority, Filene's Basement and Rickle Home Centers. Most recently, she served as the Senior Manager of Loss Prevention for Polo Ralph Lauren at their administrative headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Heather is a graduate of West Chester University, in West Chester, Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She has specific training in interview and interrogation techniques and was certified in Scientific Content Analysis (SCAN) by the Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation. Heather's duties with PICA include the development of loss prevention, employee training and compliance programs. Heather is based in Philadelphia but works primarily from our offices in New York.
