Satoshi Kurosu

Satoshi is the Japan representative of PICA-SRA, and is based in Tokyo.
Satoshi graduated Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto in 1997 where he majored in International Relations. Subsequently, he earned a master's degree in International Relations from Ritsumeikan University Postgraduate School in 1999. After his graduation Satoshi worked with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), a semi-governmental organization in Japan, for six years as an intellectual property professional.
In the spring of 2007, Satoshi earned his Master of Business Administration degree from KEIO University, Tokyo, where he maintains his position as a Doctorate of Business candidate.
Satoshi has been a lecturer at various seminars and a commentator on television/radio programs regarding counterfeiting issues. He gave lectures at the "Current Conditions of Counterfeiting and Countermeasures in China" seminar in Tokyo, Aomori and Suwa. He was also a commentator on the radio program "Countermeasures to Counterfeiting in China" on NHK radio, and "Protecting Rights" on Tokyo MX Television.
His published writings in Japan include "The Desired Fusion of Technology Management and Legal Awareness" (Oct 2004, Jetro Sensor) and "Countermeasures to Counterfeiting in China" (Chinese Business Legal Affairs No. 4, Business Research Institute).
