Vitus is PICA-SRA's Senior Regional Director - China. He has nearly 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property, commercial inquiries and security, with a focus on Greater China.

Vitus served in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force and was later a key "first-generation" member of the premier IP security boutique that pioneered IP inquiries and enforcement in Hong Kong in the late 1970s and in China in the late 1980s to early 1990s.

Vitus carries non-official appointments in China, including Council Member of The Educational Foundation of The Supreme People's Procuratorate; Economic Council Member of Guangxi Quilin Municipal and Economic Trade Committee; and City Development Council Member of Guangxi Heshan City People's Government. He holds an SGSIA Quality Assurance certification and a Chinese Law Diploma.
