Dave Lukasik brings over twenty years of leadership experience to the PICA team as he opens our Chicago office. The majority of Dave's experience is with Motorola where he developed their first Global Brand Protection Program.

The world-class program at Motorola was able to successfully deliver over $25M in recoveries annually with a very limited budget. "Prevention, Detection and Enforcement" was the theme as the emphasis was always on partnering with sales, legal, supply chain and security in order to deliver a comprehensive Brand Protection program.

Dave has developed and delivered training programs to Customs and law enforcement officials around the globe. He has been designated a subject matter expert in US courts and is active with organizations such as INTA and QBPC in Asia.

Dave's diverse background includes leadership positions in Operations, Supply Chain Quality as well as Organizational Development. He is Six-Sigma trained through Motorola University, has studied abroad in the Czech Republic and has a Masters Degree from Marquette University.
