Kelly N. Morse
Regional Director - Columbus

Kelly Morse is Regional Director for PICA’s Columbus office. Kelly came to PICA in March 2003, as an Insurance Fraud Investigator. She brought to PICA valuable surveillance experience. Kelly is a Brand Integrity and Intellectual Property Investigations expert with five years of experience in the industry. She has been actively involved in hundreds of product seizures.

Before her promotion to Regional Director, effective August 1, 2007, she also served as Regional Manager for the Columbus office. Prior to joining PICA, Morse conducted insurance and worker’s compensation fraud investigations for third party administrators and corporations. She is a member of the Ohio Investigators Association, Columbus Claims Association and Central Ohio Self-Insurers Association.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from The Ohio State University in 2001. Areas of focus included criminal justice, the penal system, crime and delinquency and psychological course work.
