Rick Sargent
Regional Manager - Cleveland

Rick is a Cleveland native and Ohio Army National Guard veteran, former Police Officer and EMT. He has training and experience in Event Security, Diplomat Protection, and Campus Crisis Preparedness. With an extensive background in Retail Loss Prevention, Safety Services and Facility Security, he has created training programs on Personal Security and Awareness, Retail Shrink Reduction, and Workplace Violence Prevention.

Prior to joining PICA in 2007, Rick developed the Safety Protocol and Training for a Fortune 500 company. He also managed the daily operations of the company Home Office and Distribution Center.

Rick is an experienced investigator, focusing on brand protection and integrity, diversion and fraud. He is also an expert in supply chain management. He is a member of the Central Ohio Self-Insurers Association.
