Philip Steube has over twenty five years experience as a Loss Prevention Professional in Senior positions at Victoria's Secret, Express, and Limited Stores. His responsibilities included overseeing Shortage Control, Loss Prevention, Brand Protection, and all Safety Functions for over 1500 Stores. Additional areas of focus included maintaining the integrity of the Supply Chain Function and the Headquarters and Distribution Centers facilities.

Philip has a BS degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the Ohio State University. He is also a certified Polygraph Examiner and trained, Expert Interviewer.
