Zach DeBord
Senior Director - IT Consulting

Zach DeBord joined PICA in January 2010 as our Senior Director of IT Consulting. Zach supervises all aspects of PICA's global IT consulting practice including threat and vulnerability assessments, network security, data recovery and computer forensics, information security management systems, and contingency planning and training. Zach is also responsible for the management of PICA's suite of security software solutions.

Prior to his position with PICA, Zach held multiple technical and international business development positions with high tech firms such as Arbor Networks, SAIC, and Cisco Systems. With more than six years in the IT security and international business fields, Zach has developed substantive interpersonal skills, IT and network security knowledge, and a clear business vision focused on international markets.

Zach graduated from the James Madison University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. Following graduation, and through his position with multiple high tech firms, Zach was involved in managing large integration projects, enterprise IT security plans, and programs involving international market research and expansion.
