William Loughrige Joins PICA in Phoenix

TAMPA, Florida -- PICA Corporation announced today that William Loughrige has joined the firm as Regional Director of Phoenix. He will be based in PICA's Phoenix, Arizona office and will be responsible for the supervision of investigations throughout the state and surrounding areas.

Loughrige has over thirty years experience in law enforcement and special operations in the Phoenix area.  Loughrige began his career as a police officer for the City of Phoenix Police Department from 1963 – 1971.  He joined the United States Customs Service as a senior special agent from 1971 – 1998.  While in Customs, he was the Fraud/Trade Enforcement Team Coordinator, the lead case agent for drug smuggling investigations, and port coordinator of illegal shipments.  He also was a field training manager for customs investigators, firearms instructor, and part of the Anti Terrorism Task Force.  Loughrige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
