PICA Corporation Expands Regional Senior Management Team In Europe, Asia And The Middle East
Three seasoned executives mean better results faster for PICA’s global client base
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Three highly experienced executives have joined PICA Corporation’s senior management team in the London, Hong Kong and Cyprus bases of operation to reinforce the company’s position as a world leader in brand protection and loss prevention.
Graham Pollock has been named Senior Director, PICA Europe, and is based in its relocated offices in St. James Park, in Central London. Pollock is a former Royal Military Police investigator who served throughout Europe, the Middle East, the UK and Northern Ireland. Retiring in 1994, he began a second career in retail loss prevention management. Pollock’s responsibilities include overseeing operations throughout Eastern and Western Europe.
Dick O’Neill has been named Senior Director, PICA Asia, and is based in Hong Kong. O’Neill’s company, Northpoint IPR in Hong Kong, is merging into PICA’s China base of operations. O’Neill is a retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel of Intelligence assigned to Special Ops Command Pacific and is fluent in Korean. Since retiring from the military, he has held various senior management positions with the Motion Picture Association of America in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Korea. O’Neill’s responsibilities include overseeing operations throughout Asia.
Guy Higgs has been named Senior Director, PICA Balkans, Middle East and Africa, and is based in PICA’s newly opened Cyprus office. Higgs is a former member of HM Customs & Excise National Investigation Service. He served throughout the UK, specializing in organized crime, money laundering, smuggling, drugs, gaming and counterfeit merchandise investigations. He has worked throughout Europe and upon leaving public service and becoming a Customs Investigation and Intelligence Consultant, helped create and organize customs enforcement programs in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Belize. He is fluent in Greek, German, Portuguese and speaks some Arabic. Higgs’ responsibilities include overseeing operations throughout Cyprus, the Middle East, the Balkans and Africa.
