In three years, PICA has performed just shy of nine thousand audits for one client. The audits inspect nearly every  aspect of the supply chain. Including but not limited to the following:

Vetting of New Manufacturers

• Risk Assessment of facility security
• Verification working conditions are in guideline with the Health & Safety Code and SA8000 (Social Accountability) Standards
• Identification of the third-party manufacturer’s existing customer base
• Verification of company/owner credentials

Regular Biannual Audit:

• Risk Assessment of facility security
• Verification working conditions are in guideline with the Health & Safety Code and SA8000 (Social Accountability) Standards
• Identification of the third-party manufacturer’s existing customer base
• Verification of company/owner credentials
• Confirmation and examination of existing contractual agreement between manufacturer and the Client
• Verification of manufacturing flow
• Verification of inventory accuracy in accordance with contract/agreement
• Verification of utilization of materials and flow of finished goods
• Verification of possession and use of authorized trademark imprinting tools
• Identification of anomalies

If an anomaly is discovered it is raised immediately to the client.

• Investigation of anomalies identified by PICA and/or PICA’s Client.
