John Martinicky was the Chief Security Officer for Navistar International where he formed, developed and led the Global Security function having responsibility for the prevention of all illegal acts, investigations, information and brand protection, workplace violence and substance abuse prevention, travel security, aviation, development of security training, guard force management, first responders, contingency plans, security polices, security awareness, security systems, secure transportation and compliance activates on a global basis. Led over 30 managers and over 400 contract security staff.

John Martinicky also led the Global Security function for DeVry Education Group (D.V.G.). D.V.G. is a for profit higher education company with over 100,000 students in over 125 locations in 35 countries with diverse degree programs from undergrad to medical and veterinary sciences.
